- This one was placed in a ventilation stairwell for about one year and caught a total of 3 mosquitoes.
- It's the bottom right one in the picture. It has a funnel-shaped piece that connect with a tube and that's why it could not get a good result. It had caught 40 mosquitoes in the basement parking lot so i think that the bad placement position needs to take responsibility for the bad result, too.
- This one was placed at a corner in a basement parking lot for about one month and caught a total of 50 mosquitoes.
- It's the top left one in the picture. It uses a real funnel connect with a tube. No wonder it didn't get a good result. If the mosquitoes did not block the funnel, the result could be better.
- This one was placed on a low cabinet beside the security desk on the first floor for about 20 days and it caught a toal of 135 mosquitoes.
- It's the top middle one in the picture. The problem is that the guard is nearby half the time so the result is worse than my thought.
- This one was placed beside a wall with another one for about one month.
- It's the top right one in the picture. It has surprised me that it didn't catch the most mosquitoes because these two were placed with the highest mosquito density. I felt their power in just one day and i thought it should catch the most mosquitoes because the other one is the one with funnel. I think the result is not the best is because that the two traps interfere each other or it's placed 10 centimeter to the corner, still need some futher tests.
- This one was placed at a corner in a basement parking lot for about 25 days.
- It's the bottom middle one in the picture. Actually, almost all the traps i made this time have the same problem that it's brown with yellow label. I was using the guide on the internet and i thought that it's too much trouble to wrap the trap with black paper so i decided to use a bottle with deep color. I didn't know the transparent bottle would get the best result at that moment.
- This one was placed at a corner in a basement parking lot for about 25 days.
- It's the bottom left one in the picture. I don't sure if it caught the most mosquitoes or not, but it's definitely the most disgusting one. The yeast and the mosquitoes glue into one which looks like vomit, makes me uncomfortable.
- The timeline is below.
- I was harassed by the annoying buzzing sounds of mosquitoes when eatting dinner.
- Placed two traps.
- I didn't hear the annoying buzzing sounds of mosquitoes often when eatting dinner, but i was still itching.
- Placed another three traps.
- Everything is fine. No more itching.
- Currently, i had to use the electric mosquito zapper only once per week, although there are still mosquitoes exist in the basement parking lot. I strongly recommend that people who has the same problem as me to give it a try. If you don't make any common errors and it works, congratulation your problem is solved. If it doesn't work, well, that's unfortunately. In my experiences, electric mosquito zapper could never solve the problem.
