Using C and inline assembler to write a Python extension module failed

• According to Compiling extension modules on Windows, do not use MinGW-w64. Note that GCC is not the platform C compiler on Windows. always use Microsoft's compiler for C++.
• According to Inline Assembler, inline assembly is not supported on the ARM and x64 processors.
• Great, there is nothing i can use.
